Scott Paton:
Mary Ann is confused. She was told you can’t buy a lease option in a land trust because we’re only leasing.
Lou Brown:
Mary Ann, you just understand what I’m suggesting is the seller would place their property into their land trust, not yours, but your agreement would be with that land trust to purchase the beneficial interest of that trust from that trust at the time that you exercise your option to buy, you really need to get to a training.
Scott Paton:

And the reason, Lou that you have this system in place is because over the last 40 years you’ve figured out, here’s a problem. And if I put it into my system and deal with it beforehand, it doesn’t become a problem.

In some cases I’ve paid a very significant price to learn that lesson. And so I try to put it anytime I learn a lesson. I want to put that into the documents so that we don’t ever have to learn that lesson again. And all of my licensees have the benefit of not having to learn those lessons for themselves.
