Well, you may have heard that one before and some of you may have actually done that before with not too much success and I can understand why because a lot of investors are cheap and they go for the cheapest price for the list.
Well let me explain the list is the most vital thing you can do is get a good list. So you want to get with a good list broker that actually can determine if that list is oversold in your area.
