We're going to be talking about, how to manage facilities. How to acquire facilities. How to negotiate price. How to raise money for self storage syndications or fund. And funds of funds. Another thing that we'll also go over in this channel is kind of best practices.

You know, how do we work with vendors. How do we find vendors. How do we manage these facilities in a way that leverages technology. And how do we increase our net operating income on facilities. And how do we dispose of these facilities to, you know, get the maximum value. Who do we sell to. What are the type of value adds that we do to these properties.
