Hey! Welcome back to my channel. I'm really glad to see you again. Wanted to talk about a deal that I'm working on right now. It's really exciting to me. It's a large class A regrade development. We're spending about $13 million to build 148,000 square feet in a suburb of Chicago. It's going to be a really good deal. We're going to hold on to it for about four and a half years. Get it stabilized in 90% occupancy, and then we'll sell it to a REIT for between $17million and $18million. I'm very excited about that deal!
