Effortless Home Buyers - What information do we need to make an offer?

What information do we need to make an offer for your home?
There are things that we can find from public records such as address, the front of the property, but we need help from the seller to complete what we need. Information such as:
1. Number of bedrooms the property has
2. How many bathrooms?
3. Rough number for square footage
4. Are any repairs needed?
5. Has the kitchen/bathroom been updated in the last 5 years?
6. How are the mechanicals of the property?
7. How is the electrical? Is it up to code?
8. Is the plumbing updated?
This call usually takes from 10 to 15 minutes and it is unintrusive. With the information, we can create a proper offer for the property.

So what information do we need to make an offer on your home?
Well, some things we can find from public record. These things include the address. The front of the building. We can usually see on Google maps, but the things that we need help with from the seller to make an offer is, you know, how many bedrooms does the property have? How many bathrooms does it have? What is the rough square footage? What type of repairs are needed? Has the kitchen been updated in the last five years? Have the bathrooms been updated in the last five years? Is the roof in need of repair?
Are the mechanicals such as the air conditioning and the heater, water heater and the air heater, are those in good working order? Are we going to have to replace those? How's the electrical? Is the electrical up to code? Are we going to have to replace that? Same thing with the plumbing. Is the plumbing outdated and need to be replaced with copper piping and PVC tubes? Are they still the old galvanized pipes? These are some of the things that we'll need to get when formulating an offer on your behalf. Usually this call takes about 10 to 15 minutes, very unintrusive and everything is held confidential.
