What we found is that if we go through real estate agents, that is additional fees that can be saved for the company and for the seller. So we go direct via email, phone call, or snail mail so that we can save you around that 6% of the transaction.

Why do we market direct to sellers?
Well, what we found is that, if we go through real estate agents, that is just additional fees that we can be saving both for our company and for the seller. So the reason we like to go direct to sellers, either via email or phone calls or direct mail is because then we can save you that 6%, that usually would be allocated towards the real estate agents on any given real estate transaction.
We found also that it makes it easier to work and a lot faster of a process when we can deal directly with the seller, as opposed to having to call our realtor to convey a message to the seller's realtor, to convey that message to the seller. You know, once you play that phone game, a lot of information is lost in transition. So that's one of the reasons why we like to go direct to seller as opposed to using realtors.
