We’ve got a bunch more questions from J and Carlton. So we’ll start with J’s with a lease option. When a deed goes into Escrow, whose name is on it seller only, or does it include the first option E or the secondary buyer?
Lou Brown:
Well, J no, it does. Whomever is going to be purchasing the property is whose name would be on there. I would not involve your potential buyer of the property cause they could come, they could go. Things could happen in that relationship. That definitely, we don’t want that to interfere with the relationship we have with the seller. So, we want to have our entity, which in my world that would be a trust and that trust would be purchasing the property. So, it would have the option. The trust would have the option to purchase that property at an, a given amount and within a given period of time. And that’s what name would be at the top. It would be the name of the trust and the trustee.
