Passive Investors, Using Private Money in Funding Mobile Home Park Deals

Jefferson Lilly runs the Park Avenue Funds. They raised money from accredited investors. When they find deals, Jefferson personally guarantees the debt on those deals.

He takes no fees, no salary. He and his investors are partners in their investments. This is his vision of perfect alignment and relationship with his private investors.

Well Jefferson do, and I’ve got more than one thing in common. Actually three things come to mind. We love real estate. I was raised in mobile homes. In addition to that, I’m known as the Private Money Authority and you have raised millions and millions. It sounds like in private money. And so you have a way for investors to be involved in real estate investing in a very passive way, right?

Jefferson Lilly:

Correct, I run the park Avenue funds. So we raise money from accredited investors. We go out and find deals. I personally guarantee the debt on those deals as needed. I take no fees, no salary. It’s a pretty unique way of running a business and real estate. We’re just 50/50 partners with our investments. That’s my vision of perfect alignment. And so again, I’ll go out and find the properties, and then we split the profits and pay those out quarterly to our investors.
