So, how long have we been doing real estate investment or real estate in general? Well, it all started back when I read a book called rich dad, poor dad. This was quite a few years ago. But then finally decided to actually get involved in the real estate industry in 2013. From that point really started cutting our teeth learning small single family homes, small multifamily homes learning how to do repair costs, estimates, making sure that we can build up our network. Around 2015 is when we really started to catch steam. We had a large list of investors that would help fund deals or partner with us on deals. We also had a very large marketing engine that started to almost feel like a flywheel. We put a lot of work into it just to build the momentum and once the momentum was gained, it started, it was a lot easier to maintain. Around 2017, 2018 is when we really started to feel like we're the top tier in the space as far as providing solutions for sellers. And then around 2019, 2020 is when we really started to grow our team, hire CEO's, COO's, acquisition managers, disposition managers, investor relations, marketing department, lead management. That's kind of our timeline that we've experienced over the last seven or so years.
