There are a few different ways.

So, how do you sign a contract? There's a few different ways that you can do this. The easiest way is to use an electronic signing service such as DocuSign or HelloSign. What that usually does is, the contract will be uploaded into a digital format and it will be emailed to you. You just click on the link from DocuSign, let's say, and it will have little bubbles in yellow for you to fill out either your initials, your name, the address of the property, your signature. To sign on the contract and they'll send it back to the investor to countersign. Another way that you can do it is by printing out the document online. An email will be sent to you with a PDF of the document. You can print it out, physically, sign everything with a pen and then scan it and then send it back to the investor. And then the, I guess, most primitive or original way to do it is we can just send a contract via the mail or snail mail as we call it. You'll get the contract in the mail, you sign everything, and then you'll send it back to us, we'll countersign and then send to the attorneys.
