Self Storage Q1 Why Invest in Self Storage

So often I get the question, you know, "Why should I invest in self storage? I supposed to maybe single family or multifamily real estate." My name is Fernando Angelucci. I'm "The Storage Stud". And let's get to answer some of these questions.


So one of the responses I give to this is, you know, self storage has a lot of benefits over single family and multifamily. And the reason why is because it's an investment that does not rely on habitation. So you automatically get rid of all of the problems that you have associated with, you know, trash, toilets, tenants, evictions. With storage, we're dealing with lien law, we're storing stuff, not people. So it makes it a lot easier on us as the investor when it comes to both liability, but as well as just general operations.
